in this well illuminated case. The sloping double glazed thermopane
glass in the front prevents condensation or frost build up and
ensures clear display at all times. The window is recessed from
the steel frame for added protection. Rear easy sliding thermopane
glass doors.
All cases with flat angled front thermal pane glass, galvanized
interior tank, gravity top and bottom coils, pressure control,
time clock, interior and lighting. All cases with 2 rows of
solid white metal
shelves and main deck pans, 12" and 14". All self-contained
models(standard) come with case ends. Remote cases (optional)
complete with TX valves. Standard Color: White

Straight Glass Service Case Features
Irresistible Deli - Traditional deli products have instant
appeal while being displayed in this well illuminated case.
The sloping double glazed thermopane glass in front prevents
condensation or frost build up and ensures clear display at
all times. The window is recessed from the steel frame for added
protection. Rear easy sliding thermopane glass doors.
Refrigeration - High humidity gravity coils in the top
of the unit produce cool moist air which provides a uniform
temperature without the use of forced air. An automatic defrost
cycle, set in our factory, is time initiated and time terminated.
A hot gas condensate pan in the bottom of the unit evaporates
unwanted water.
Models and Construction - The classical deli case is
available in 4', 6', 8', 10' and 12' lengths with a self contained
refrigeration system or remote refrigeration (optional). Additional
lengths are available with the use of joining kits. The construction
consists of foam injected components, protected by a zinc coating
to ensure long life. The case top is highly polished stainless
steel and the interior has two rows of baked enamel shelves
which are adjustable in 1" increments. The standard color
is white and a choice of many other optional colors are offered.
Cabinet & Finishes - Standard: White pre-painted
galvanized metal exterior. Galvanized Interior. Optional stainless
steel interior. Foamed in place high density polyurethane foamed
cabinet. rear thermal pane sliding glass door access to cabinet
interior. Three deck cabinet with stainless steel top, Straight
fixed thermal pane front glass with solid ends. Optional glass
ends.
Finish Options: Embossed white, Stainless (flat or embossed),
Aluminum (flat or embossed), Standard and custom colors.
Lights - Standard single fluorescent canopy light. Optional
shelf lights.
Shelving - Standard with solid deck pan and 2 rows of
solid white pre-painted galvanized shelves with aluminum tag
molding, 12" & 14", with adjustable arms. Optional
glass or wire shelves.
Model Versions - All models designed for Deli/Bakery
use. Models can be joined for continuous runs. Standard automatic
energy efficient hot gas condensate disposal.
Controls & Monitors - Options: Dial or Digital
thermometers, Electronic programmable temperature control with
digital readout, Power light & switch, Defrost indicator,
Temperature alarm with Digital readout and dialer output.
Refrigeration System - Self-contained and remote (optional)
systems available. Double gravity coil system minimizes drying
of product. trouble free and accurate Capillary tube system
or optional TX valve system. Only environmentally friendly refrigerants
used: R-134a, R-22. Systems are designed for use in environments,
75°F & 55% relative humidity. Systems designed for short
term display of pre-chilled product. CSA/UL or ETL. |
