GSM European Style Double Curved Glass Service CaseFeatures
Service merchandiser for fresh meat, deli, cheese, fish & salad display. Double curved single pane front glass, bottom hinged, galvanized interior tank. Standard color: white. Gravity top and bottom coils, pressure control, time clock, interior lighting, wrapping board, wire deck shelves, digital thermometer.

All self-contained models complete with case ends. Remote cases (optional), add case ends. Remote cases complete with TX valves. Double duty cases complete with refrigerated bottom storage. No condensate disposal - all cases require drain for sanitary reasons. GSM4SD & GSM8SD shown at left.

  • Curved bottom hinged tempered glass front, modern European design with heavy duty North American refrigeration.
  • Top & Bottom gravity coil for optimal humidity.
  • Ideal for Fresh meats, seafood, deli, bakery, hot foods and dry display.
  • Foamed in place insulated tank with no obstructions for easy cleaning.
  • Removable rear plexi-sliding doors for easy loading/cleaning/peak serving.

Cabinet & Finishes - Standard: White pre-painted galvanized metal exterior. Galvanized interior. Optional stainless steel liner and fish pans with drain. 2" foamed in place high density Polyurethane foamed cabinet, R-Value = 16. Rear plexiglass easily removable sliding glass capsule for access to interior of cabinet. Single deck cabinet with bottom hinged tempered curved glass full view front with glass ends and aluminum hardware.

Finish Options: Embossed white, Stainless (flat or embossed), Aluminum (flat or embossed), Standard and custom colors.

Shelving & Lighting: Epoxy coated white wire deck shelf. Optional glass mezzanine shelf with or without lights. Step and open shelving in white or stainless steel, and solid deck pans. Standard single fluorescent canopy light. Optional double canopy lighting.

Models - All models designed for Fresh Meat, Deli, Fish, and Bakery use. Models can be joined for continuous runs. Condensate disposal required. Optional hot gas or electric condensate pan available.

Controls & Monitors - Standard with digital thermometer. Options: Electronic programmable temperature control with digital readout. power light & switch, defrost indicator, temperature alarm with digital readout and dialer option.

Refrigeration System - Self-Contained, Remote, Non-Refrigerated and Hot Food systems available. Double gravity coil system minimizes drying of product. Systems are designed for use in environments, 75°F & 55% Relative Humidity. Systems designed for short term display of pre-chilled product. CSA/UL or ETL
