CPD European Curved Glass Service CaseFeatures
Service merchandiser for pastry, deli, cheese, salad, sandwiches, and hot food display. Curved front glass hinged on the bottom, single pane and tempered.

Standard Finish: White laminate over plywood cabinet. Most other finishes at no extra charge (please consult us). Top gravity coil, time clock, interior lighting. All cases with 2 rows of adjustable wire shelves and mirror finish interior ends. Automatic condensate disposal on self-contained models only.

European Curved Glass Service Case Features

Standard Features - Perfect product presentation with full length fluorescent lighting. optional shelf lighting available. Two rows of adjustable epoxy coated white wire shelves (14" & 16"). Service side of cases is complete with thermo glass sliding doors on rollers. Refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly refrigerants. Top gravity coil blankets the product at low velocity to reduce the effect of drying.

Cabinet & Finishes - Standard: Laminated plywood exterior and interior finish. (Choice of finishes). Rear thermal pane sliding glass door access to cabinet interior. Three deck cabinet. Curved bottom hinged single pane tempered front glass with solid mirrored interior integrated ends.

Finish: Choice of Arborite, Nevemar, Wilson Art, etc. laminates. (Most finishes at no extra charge)

Lights - Standard single fluorescent canopy light. Optional shelf lights.

Shelving - Standard with 2 rows of epoxy coated white wire shelves, 14" x 16", with adjustable arms.

Model Versions - All models designed for Deli/Pastry use. Standard automatic energy efficient hot gas condensate disposal.

Controls & Monitors - Options: Dial or Digital thermometers, Electronic programmable temperature control with digital readout, Power light & switch, Defrost indicator, Temperature alarm with Digital readout and dialer output.

Refrigeration System - Self-contained, remote, non-refrigerated, and heated systems available. Single top gravity coil system minimizes drying of product. Trouble free and accurate Capillary tube system or optional TX valve system. Only environmentally friendly refrigerants used: R-134a, R-22. Systems are designed for use in environments, 75°F & 55% relative humidity. Systems designed for short term display of pre-chilled product. CSA/UL or ETL
