Cases complete with forced ar cooling coils, electric defrost, expansion valve, adjustable epoxy coated wire deck shelves. Defrost termination control, joining kits if required. On three and four deck models - lighted main shelf, and superstructure adjustable shelves with 4" product retainers. On four deck model c/w raised base -12" sloping back mirror. Standard Color: White. No automatic condensate disposal - all cases require sanitary drain connection.

Self-Serve 1, 3 & 4 Deck Open Remote Case Features

Cabinet & Finishes - Standard: White pre-painted galvanized metal in and out. Interior floor galvanized. Foamed in place high density polyurethane foamed cabinet throughout.

Finish Options: Embossed white, Stainless (flat or embossed), Aluminum (flat or embossed), Standard and custom colors.

Lights: Standard fluorescent fixtures in canopy and on main shelf. T1DM single deck model with no canopy has no canopy light. Optional lighted shelves.

Shelving - Adjustable and slopable shelves with integrated arms, aluminum tag molding and product binning. main deck supplied as adjustable wire shelf with flat solid deck pan underneath. Optional Floral & Pizza shelves. Step & Open shelves, deli racks and meat rails with hooks

Controls & Monitors - Options: Electronic programmable temperature control with digital readout, power light & switch, defrost indicator, dial & digital thermometers, temperature alarm with digital readout and dialer output.

Refrigeration System - Remote system, bottom forced air evaporator under deck pan with top air flow. Complete with TX valve, electric defrost, defrost termination control, and anti-condensate heaters. Systems are designed for use in environments, 75 deg. F & 55% RH. Systems designed for holding pre-chilled product. All models require direct connection to drain for condensate disposal. CSA/UL or ETL
